How can I find the good part for my vehicle?

You are a neophyte « saaber ».Don’t worry, we are going to help you:

Step n°1/ define precisely your saab, you can go to our section “which is my vehicle”or phone to + 33(0)1.78.09.93.72

Step n°2/ Choose the category in which the part should be surely present, example: You are looking for an alternator concerning your saab 900 of year model 1988: click on “ saab new parts” then choose “ saab 900 classic 1979-1988” then click on “electric parts..” then on “alternators and starters” and then all the alternators corresponding to your saab will appear and thanks to the information contained in the title or description of the alternators and engine specification you will find the good one.

If you know the reference number of the part you are looking for:  just write it down in the“search” place

 

Do you sell second hand parts?

Of course, our choice is large and every second hand part is tested, checked and coverd with a 3 or 6 months guarantee (we do not sell second hand consumable items for obvious reasons of secutity and safety) example (filters, dampers, clutches, brake discs...). What is an original part?

New cars are built by car builders with different parts coming from parts manufacturers.

When the parts are identical to the the ones of the car builders that are called original parts.

RBM performance sells original parts or aftermarket ones of same or superior quality from the most famous manufacturers (Valeo, Bosch, Febi, Brembo...).

 

What are the different payment possibilties?

You can pay by three different ways:

1) Credit card on line: transaction is safe thanks to SOGENACTIF system of SOCIETE GENERALE

2) Phoning your card numbers to 00 33 (0)1.78.09.93.72 (not surtaxed)).

Our customers’department is open from Monday till Friday, 2.00pm to 6.00 pm.

3) By bank cheque (only for customers with a bank account in France)

     a) Print your order

     b) Fill your cheque in euro currency in the order of RBM performance.

     c) Send the cheque with the number of your order written on the verso side of it to:

Bank cheques have to be paid by a bank situated on the french territory.

Your order is taken into consideration as soon as we receive your cheque.

4) PayPal (you must have a valid paypal account)

 

What is the time allowance for delivery?

According to the shipping mode chosen 24 to 72 hours (depending of the shipping country) after the preparation and packaging of your order by our providers. Most orders are sent the next day of your order.

According to the parts ordered preparation allowance of time is generaly of 1 to 4 working days depending if the part is immediately available or not..

When exceeding 5 days you will receive an e-mail.

 

What are the different possibilities of shipping ?

Owing to the weight or the volume:

Up to 30 Kg :

Followed parcel: 

by Chronopost Express International (24-48 hours) delivery worldwide (insurance, tracking number and signature)

by Colissimo (french postal airmail service) delivery within 2 - 7 days (depending of the shipping country) (service includes tracking number and signature)

Exceeding 30 Kg :

Specialised carrier.

 

Is delivery possible in ultramarine french departments or territories?

Yes we do ship to those territories.

 

Can we come and take up our parts?

RBM performance is specialised in distant mail sales of car parts and then there is for the moment no possibility to come and pick up your parts in our warehouse.

 

Can I ask for an exchange of part if I am not satisfied ?

Yes, of course, but during 7 days only. We shall reimburse the price of the part but not the delivery charges.

In case of exchange or reimbursement, call us 00 33 (0)1 78 09 93 71 (not surtaxed number) and send back the part at your own expenses in its original intact packaging with all the accessories, notices and documentation and place it in a new cardboard parcel. Try to block the part not to shake and move during transportation and don’t forget to join the return reference we gave you with the delivery or when joining us by phone.

And keep by you the deposit proof and the parcel number. 

If the article is returned uncomplete or damaged, RBM performance may: or refuse the exchange or the reimbursement or apply a diminition on the value of the part after its examination by our after sale department. The payment back will intervene within 30 days after reception of your complete parcel. This pay back will be done or by bank transfert or by crediting the customer’s credit card according to the original transaction.

 

Are all the parts sold with a guarantee?

Every part sold by RBM performance profit:

Of the legal minimum guarantee or more.

Of the legal guarantee concerning latent defects.

Of the manufacturers’s guarantee the range and duration of which depend on the article and on the trade mark.

The return expenses remain at your charge, except if the guarantee of conformity concern the returned article(s), in that case we shall even reimburse your return expenses.

To benefit the products guarantee you must keep the purchase invoice.

The coverage is not valid for:

Replacement of consumable items (lamps, wipers, batteries, brake discs, filters, fuses, brake shoes, pads...)

Wrong or inadequate utilization of the product.

Defects and their consequences because of an inadequate utilization of the product compared to its normal destination use (competition).

Defects and damages caused by external accidental or natural events.

Warning, the legal guarantee does not cover or only partially, damages resulting of an external cause, for example (accident, impact, thunderbolt, electric fluctuation…).It does  cover neither customer’s mistakes in installing the part(s) by themselves nor the inadequate utilization, harmful to the good conservation of the part(s).

How can I order?

Ordering on the web site:

- Select the parts you intend to order and click on the button « add in the Shopping Cart » for every part one by one.

- When all the articles are in your Shopping Cart, you may modify the quantity of each article and/or suppress one or several article(s).

- The corresponding prices and charges will automatically be added to your order.

- Write down the address of delivery and if the invoice address is different don’t forget also to write it down. Pay an important attention to the writing of your e-mail address as webmail is our privileged mode of communication.

- Choose the way you pay (credit card, debit card, paypal, bank transfert or cheque).

- If you pay by credit card/debit card  write down the recto and verso numbers of your card  as requested.

- By cheque, print the order form proposed on the screen and send it with your cheque to:
